Ashley has a diverse background in the real estate industry working in property management, accounting, and lease administration of both residential and commercial properties. She has particular experience in managing privately held retail and office properties, as well as coordinating and bidding government leases from her time at the State Building Division.
Her role at LINE Partners includes the direction and oversight of property management and maintenance divisions. As a life-long Linconite and division leader, Ashley’s goal is to provide LINE Partners’ clientele with the best management and maintenance team for their long-term investments, focusing on efficiencies, making quality first impressions, and increasing net operating income.
